Store Policy
At Top of the Line Boutique, our biggest goal is to ensure satisfaction with all our fabulous customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make things right!
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you have received a defective item(s) (please attach a picture of the defective item with your return request), were sent incorrect items, or items are missing from your order, please notify us within 24 hours after delivery confirmation.

Payment & Shipping Information
We accept all Major Credit Cards and PayPal.
Our preferred shipper is USPS priority mail. Most orders are shipped out within 24 to 48 hours and take 2-4 business days to be delivered. Orders are shipped to the US only at this time. Tracking information will be sent once an item is shipped. USPS Priority mail includes $50 of insurance. If your item is more than $50, you can request additional insurance to cover your purchase against loss or damage.
Lost/Damaged package claims must be made directly with USPS. We are not responsible for packages once they have been released to the shipper.

Returns & Refunds
Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns are eligible for store credit only. Please notify Top of the Line Boutique via email within 3 days of receipt of your order if you would like to do a return. Items must be sent back to the Top of the Line Boutique (with tracking confirmation) within 10 days of the customer having received the package. We cannot guarantee an exchange of your item since we offer no more than 1 of each item. Returns require prior authorization and a Return Authorization Number. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be honored. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees except in the case of receiving the wrong merchandise or defective merchandise.
Refunds (if applicable) We do not offer refunds unless we are unable to fulfill your original order. Refunds must be returned to the original method of payment used to place the order. If there is an issue returning your payment to the original payment method (i.e., lost/stolen card, closed account), a store credit will be issued.
